就職できます。海外の大学を卒業した方は技術・人文知識・国際業務の在留資格をとって、フロント業務(外国語担当)、広告・宣伝、IT管理などの専門業務に従事することができます。もし、英語も得意であれば、求人も多いです。この在留資格で、清掃やベッドメイキング、レストランでの給仕など現場のお仕事をすることは認められていません。もし、あなたが宿泊業の特定技能試験に合格すれば、特定技能外国人としてホテル・旅館のあらゆる業務に従事することができるようになり、就職の機会はさらに広がります。

Those who have graduated from overseas universities can obtain a residence status of Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services and engage in specialized work such as front office (foreign language), advertising/publicity, and IT management. If you are good at English, there are many job offers. With this status of residence, you are not allowed to do field work such as cleaning, bed making, or serving at a restaurant. If you pass the specified skill test for the accommodation industry, you will be able to engage in all kinds of work at hotels and inns as a specified skill foreigner, and your employment opportunities will expand further.

特定技能は1号と2号に分かれており、1号は「相当程度の知識又は経験を必要とする技能を要する業務」とされ、2号は「熟練した技能を要する業務」とされています。外国人の方が初めに申請するのは、特定技能1号で、在留期間は通算で5年が上限になっています。1号で一定程度の経験を積むと2号に移行して、在留期間の上限がなくなりますが、宿泊業は今のところ2号への移行が認められていません。しかしながら、近い将来に、宿泊業界の要望を受けて2号移行ができるようになるといわれており、多くの日本の経営者がそれを期待しています。

The first foreigner to apply for is a specific skill Category. 1, and the maximum period of stay is 5 years in total.
